I can not fault the treatment I have received at this hospital for myself and my children. I would not be happy going anywhere else. The over night stay was quite a shock, the ward was lacking facilities and was being run by bank staff who under the circumstances where doing their best. I had seen on the news that the NHS was under pressure but until you experience it first hand I'm not sure you quite realise the problems.

Very clean and efficiently run department. My only problem is the distance I have to walk and being severely sight impaired I find it difficult to get around.

I am a patient at the Bariatric clinic. The support I receive at this clinic is quite remarkable considering how much pressure there is on budgets. With their care I lost 13 stone in weight. Thank you Dr Sarker

Simple, I wish the News and media would stop criticising the NHS and give it both the praise and support it requires.

Been under this hospital for a number of years and for a variety of conditions. Rushed in on one occasion on blues & twos after a heart problem and I'm still here to tell the tale. Always been very pleased with my treatment and continuity of appointments etc. Only ever had one mishap when I was admitted for 4 days and everybody I came into contact with on various wards kept forgetting to give me my blood pressure tablets even after reminding them and being told they would get them immediately. On the fourth day a junior staff member checking my blood pressure contacted a senior member as there was a problem (surprise surprise) and the medication arrived within 30 seconds.
